I take Vit B 12 as my tests show I’m low in it. I haven’t taken a multi B vit. but did want to say that one of the B’s can keep you awake/ give you energy. that’s good, it taken in a wake up time but not good before sleep. If I don’t get my B in by noon I don’t take it at all for the day. I’m on so many drugs (thanks to MS and narcolepsy both) that I just take it on a routine with my morning meds.
