Hi arthur:
Generally, people with less than about 75% sleep efficiency will perceive themselves to have had a very poor night’s sleep. Course, people with a 10% sleep efficiency will perceive themselves to have had a very poor night’s sleep.

What do the results actually show? Since your OSA was largely position-dependent, if you had some prolonged blocks of sleep, event-free, while supine, including REM, then that setting should be OK. If those parameters were not properly assessed, then the jury’s still out.
