I have a sleep study coming up, not sure wha the outcome is likely to be, but I'm not sure whether this is worth mentioning.

A few years ago I was having these incidents where I would sleep walk but I'd be conscious, just not really in the driving seat. The most vivid one, I got up in the night (I was in a student house), walked past the bathroom, down stairs and knocked on the door of a housemate at the bottom of the stairs. I then went to the back of the house (my friend following me as I'd started to walk before she answered her door) and shut myself in the dwnstairs bathroom. When she asked what I was doing, I answered that I was using the nearest bathroom. (at least I locked the door) . I felt at the time that my actions were perfectly logical, although they clearly weren't (waking people up for no reason, marching past one bathroom to use anotheras it was "the nearest") and remembered everything clearly afterwards.

I haven't done this for a few years, but I'm nervous it could start again at some point as my sleep is getting more disturbed. Any advice appreciated.
