| Hope both of you are finding a way to rest. I can't stand to be awake all night. It sends me into a panic. But you two seemed fairly happy with the roads you've taken last time you posted. |

Hey there JennyE
I could not be more pleased with my progress! I am a completely different person since returning from treatment. I am sleeping every single night without any drugs whatsoever! It has been about 45 days now and I sleep like a baby every night. It is a real miracle.
Keep up the faith......there has to be something out there that will help you! Try everything even if it seems outside of the norm.
Let me know if I can help in any way

Hi Jenny, thanks for asking.
I'm not doing as well as Drew in that I still have some bad nights and am on Klonopin.
But I am ten million times better than I was when I was on the ambien. I would say I feel fine 4 nights out of the week. Before I NEVER felt fine, always dizzy. Now I never feel dizzy which is great.
Drew I'm happy for you that you are doing so well. I still can't let go of the Klonopin/am terrified of trying to sleep with nothing at all. Still loving the Nyquil, although it has destroyed my sheets...keep missing my mouth and have spilled cherry nyquil all over the place...bedroom looks like a serial killer has been in there.... |

| Glad you are getting some rest. It's hard working without sleep. I've been on Klonopin for a different purpose (restless legs and periodic limb movement disorder) for about 10 years or so; I hate to think what coming off it would be like. I'm down to 1 mg. most nights, 2 on a bad night. |
