|

Hello -
We are working on a new tool to assess insomnia severity and non-restorative sleep. Ideally some of the questions will eventually be used to assess sleep problems and the effectiveness of new treatments.
The survey is currently being pilot tested at the following
http://www.surveygizmo.com/s3/437244/Sleep-and-Well-Being-Survey
If you have 10 minutes to complete the survey this would be very helpful.
Kind regards,
Rob |

Please let me know if you have any comments on the questions or feel we are leaving out some thing important.
Thanks again |

| Thanks if you've already taken the survey. If you have not we still need a few more responses. Best regards |

| I don't have insomnia, but I do have non-restorative sleep due to narcolepsy. Guess I shouldn't take your quiz because it may skew answers. otherwise, I would be happy to help. |

| It would be great if you completed the survey. We'll be able to control for sleeping problems and compare results to normal sleepers as well. Thank you! |

Hi,
I have just completed the survey. I have had non restorative sleep and insomnia for 20 years. I was a great sleeper before that. I have been on numerous meds including xyrem recently. I have not felt like I sleep for 1 complete year.
Do you have similiar symptoms? Have you found anything that helps? Are there any new treatments that you are aware of?
Thankyou for your reply,
Marlaf |

| I sure hope some good comes out of this. Seems like all I do is run around in circles. |
