i only skimmed over your post, but a few thoughts:
I believe that there supposedly exists low cost counseling centers for people with financial need. you might google that to find one in your area.
Also, it really touched my heart - i really felt for you when you talked about feeling like you have very few people to turn to and hang out with in your life. i've struggled lately with feeling like this myself, as I live in Germany while my family lives in the U.S. for me, a great source of comfort has been church, especially more informal bible groups and church friends, as i've learned that people who really believe in and are devoted to the Lord (as opposed to being someone who calls themselves a christian but doesn't really act like it or do anything but go to church) are so full of love and compassion for people who are struggling in life. one of the only friends i've ever been able to confide in all my problems i deal with in a given week is my dear friend who is a missionary, and who will pray for me and such. other people will often offer advice if you tell them you have problems, but with my friend from church and others i've met from church as well, they will just listen and pray for you - there have just been there for me, as opposed to lecturing me like my own family. and they won't give up on me.
