Active Narcolepsy/Hypersomnia Support Group in DC!

The Washington D.C. Area Narcolepsy & Hypersomnia Support Group is a very active monthly support group which meets in Washington, D.C. We meet once per month at a public library in D.C. The group is fully run and organized by people with sleep disorders. It's free, friendly, and welcoming!

We welcome people with narcolepsy, idiopathic hypersomnia, and other sleep disorders involving Excessive Daytime Sleepiness. We also welcome the loved ones of people with these sleep disorders, regardless of whether the person diagnosed with the sleep disorder is able to attend.
