Has anyone had their sleeping disorder cured by Magnesium?

I struggled with a sleeping problems for 4 years and it's been riddled with anxiety, stress, chronic fatigue, nervousness, feeling down, and everything else.

My anxiety is so horrible I can barely sleep to my sleep studies leaving them inconclusive. My regular sleep, I'm always waking up very restless, can't keep my CPAP mask on, and will sleep on and off all night with no relief.

They tell me I have sleep apnea but I'm skeptical. I've also had 0 help from a CPAP, after trying for months, leading me to think something else. I fit so many symptoms for Magnesium Deficiency, which leads me to the question above.
