feel irritiable after nap

hi, i'm new to this forum,
quich question everyone,
tell me if you've expeirnced what i have:
if i ever take a 1 to 2 hour nap in the afternoon, while it does refresh me for 2 hours,
for the rest of the day of feel like 'garbage'
i'm sure this can be explained but for years i have not found the answer
any suggest would be greatly appreciated. thanks

but no tips other than "no naps". I do my best not to nap for this very reason. I awake in a foul mood from the onset. I'm not refreshed in the least unless its a nap from what I refer to as a dropsy. . . soooo in need of sleep that I have a severe headache and will lay down practically anywhere. I've spent many hours on the shoulder of the road asleep in the car because I simpily couldn't go any further.
