I've always been hyper sensitive to bright light (causes headaches if I'm not wearing sunglasses) and sound (irritated by things others don't notice like the volume being a touch too loud on tv or music and also weird things like the hiss sound busses make when the door opens). Just wondering if anyone else has that and if it has anything to do with IH.

I definitely get sensitive to light/sound when I'm feeling even more tired/sleepy than usual - e.g. late afternoon/early evening. I hate driving at this time because of oncoming headlights and light sensitivity.

I was gonna say i don't have that problem except when sick but Occlumentia reminded me of something. It's still a little vague to me cause I've never paid much attention to it but I know at night when my body is just done with the day and my head feels all funny, light definitely bothers me. I always have to dim the light on my computer screen.

Personally, I don't think the two are connected though.

I did not have any of these symptoms until around the time my IH was diagnosed which was of course when it became more severe but boy do I experience them now. The sounds even hit my anger button due to the severity of the annoyance/pain associated with them.
