is there an appliance that makes it so you can not grind
i have a night gaurd but i still move and have micro arousals from jaw movement....would appreciate if anyone has any ideas on this

Maybe you should check out the PLMD board. Grinding the teeth seems to be a part of periodic limb movement during sleep. I wear a mouth guard at night - wearing out a guard is more like it.
