pillar and septo/turb

well after having these I seem to be the same, must be the tongue. I had some relief after the pillar but then regresed. So next must be the tongue I'm trying to get a TAP but its an uphill fight. What about somnoplasty on tongue anybody had any results? Please advise.

How long has it been since you had the pillar implants? Most ENTs will tell you that you won't begin to see any real change until about 90 days in. If your health insurance will pay it, have your ENT write you a prescription for a post pillar 90 day sleep study. It will be important to see what level of impact the implants have had.

In my case, the implants provided a 50% reduction, but my post-pillar RDI was still 18, so while I was sleeping better, I still wasn't sleeping well. The dental device resolved the rest of the apnea, and it has been a world of difference.
