Need peer-reviewed articles on case for xyrem and Fibro-HELP

Hi All,

My insurance denied my xyrem with a diagnosis of insomnia with excessive fatigue in daytime. Since then, I've gotten a diagnosis of Fibromyalgia, and I know that Jazz has just finished a Phase III clinical trials for Fibro.

Can anyone give me advice on how to appeal to my insurance company on the basis of a completed phase III trial? They wanted 2 peer reviewed articles for insomnia diagnosis with xyrem, so I'm hoping that they will take 2 for the Fibromyalgia diagnosis. I really don't want to wait another 2-5 years to get the sleep I need to wait for the FDA approval.

I've not done this before so any help is sooooo appreciated.
