I am going to go on disability and the lawyer said I wouldbe able to work partime ,I would like any information from people who have done this .thanks for any help .

In order to qualify for SSDI or SSI one must unable to work. Once you are on SS there is a program called "Ticket to Work" that helps people get back to work through Vocational Rehabilitation and such. However, I would strongly encourage you to wait until you are on SS before trying to go back to work.

If you go back to work before qualifying it could very well effect your claim.
