Nuvigil....thinking it's not a miracle drug

I posted earlier today, it's been about 5 hours or so since I took my first dose of Nuvigil....don't feel anything different than I always feel, which is tired, and I want to lay down sooooooo bad. BUT, my laundry needs to be done......so, I soldier on, but I think already I am better on my 10mg of Adderall........are you supposed to notice immediate results with this Nuvigil?

Results tend to happen pretty quickly, say less than two hours. I think, at the least, most people will feel strange, if not awake.
