Hello -
I am a hypnotherapist and one of my specialties is sleep disorders. I am writing an ebook about sleep improvement without using drugs. To make this a truly valuable resource, I am would love some advice!

I have a very simple survey asking about your most important concern with sleep. Those who share a few thoughts with me will receive the book upon it's completion.

There is no catch, just genuine concern about all the sleep drugs out there failing so many of my clients.

It should take no more than a minute, thank you for your input!

If you would like to learn more about natural approaches to improving sleep, I would recommend that you take one of the summer workshops through the society for Behavioral Sleep Medicine. They offer courses and board certification in behavioral (non-medication) treatment of sleep disorders; all techniques are supported by current evidence-based research. They are offering a workshop this June in Boston. Their website is found here: http://www.behavioralsleep.org/. In addition, the University of Pennsylvania has a Behavioral Sleep Medicine labratory and training facility. They offer workshops, internships, and even free reading lists on request. Their website can be found at http://www.med.upenn.edu/bsm/cbt.html. Best of luck to you and so glad to hear of your interest! Very Happy
