Learning to sleep without Ambien CR

It's been two weeks for me, sometimes watching boring tv most of the night and catching a couple of hours of sleep toward morning. Then, the next night sleeping all night with a couple of wake ups. I have to be so tired I can barely walk, but I'm doing it. I guess I am lucky that I don't work. I don't know how anyone with a job can do it without sleep. I'm hoping to have more normal sleep patterns soon.

I've slept fairly well now for several weeks. Still, grateful I don't have to get up for work.
