Has anyone in the UK had problems claiming ESA as apparently being asleep in the day does not qualify as being unconscious ?in regards to claiming benefits

the assessor said i wasn't very intelligent to think that being asleep in the day is the same as being unconscious! his definition of this is being unable to be roused in any way at all
ie I think they mean you have to actually be dead to claim !!

they refused to take any medical reports as well

has anyone found anyway around this ?

thanks Very Happy
