I am interested in obtaining information about the availability of th ResMed Autoset CS2 machine within the USA and also outside of the USA. In particular I would be interested in communicating with any current users.

Same here.

Anybody know the price? I looked at the Australian Resmed site and did a 'net search, but only get technical info.

How would I buy it if I live in the US, without flying to Ireland or Japan (or anywhere else)?

Rested Gal is the one who provided the info in the Central Apnea discussion thread. Maybe she knows?

Also, somebody here said it was an Autotitrating BiLevel, but it doesn't say that in the literature I've read.

HH is the poster I first saw ever mention the ResMed CS 2. He knows far more about it than I do. He's been to the ResMed offices in Australia. Perhaps he knows who to contact there.

I've mistakenly referred to the CS 2 as a "combo autopap/bi-level" machine, but it's not like that. It's not a combo in the traditional meaning of those two types of machines.

The CS 2 is a unique machine very specifically designed to handle a very specific breathing pattern...Cheyne-Stokes.
