This must be my lucky day!!! Since I have intensively searched the web full-time lately I have been overly active on the board (sorry), and come up with more answers than questions...

Today, I probarbly have searched on the right topics, couse this is the most CLARIFYING article I have EVER read on hypersomnia, and to differentiate it from other disorders and diseases!

HEY,
He states just what you've been saying...an addition, some subjects report headaches, which may be migrainous in quality, fainting episodes, orthostatic hypotension, and peripheral vascular complaints of the Raynaud type. Hypnagogic hallucinations and sleep paralysis may be encountered occasionally.

The vascular complaints would be your being cold alot. He also says there is sleep drunkeness upon awakening.

Are you experiencing sleep drunkeness?

Yeah, a lot!
I can lie in bed for hours, not capable of getting up... I was starting to suspect it was sleep paralysis, couse it is sometimes like that. I am so overwhelmed with info right now, and my regular doc says I have been doing good digging it up. Still, we will have to take it step by step. She is shocked also that the hospitals neurologist (my "sleep doc") is so stubborn and uninterested. They havent taken all the tests they should (the neurologist I had before quit before he was finished diagnosing me)...

If I were you, I'd find someone else with sleep disorder and see what neurologist they go to. Even if you have to put a sign up somewhere or a free ad online at a local internet provider.

Then you could get the scoop on your town of Bergen and see who is who!
