SeQual Technologies Opens Four New Service Centers

SeQual Technologies Inc., a San Diego-based medical equipment manufacturer which develops oxygen systems known worldwide for their reliability, quality, and revolutionary design and economy raises the bar on service and technical support by opening four new service centers nationwide.

Changing their service organization helps SeQual to continue focusing on providing excellent customer service. Over the last two years, SeQual has realized a significant increase in sales and geographic dispersion of units. As efficient and streamlined as their San Diego service center is, having multiple service centers located across the United States will dramatically improve the turn-around time customers expect.

Customer service excellence is a key feature to SeQual’s current and continued success and the reason they made the decision to expand from one service center to five regional service centers. The location of these centers was selected by the installed base population throughout the country.

With these regional service centers, SeQual will be able to realize a faster turn-around time on all products requesting service within the United States. The regional service centers will be located in Richmond, Virginia; Conway, South Carolina; Broadview, Illinois; Burleson, Texas; and the SeQual corporate office in San Diego for the West.

“With over 30,000 Eclipse units deployed in the market already, it became imperative to have regionalized service options. By creating relationships with top quality service professionals, we are more prepared for our assured growth,” said Randy Steward, Chief Operation Officer.

These locations are fully-trained and factory authorized to provide repair and maintenance. They handle both
warranty and non-warranty claims allowing a seamless repair process.
