CPAP Donation Program – How You Can Help, How You Can Benefit

Minneapolis, MN - April 13, 2010
Tracy R. Nasca

In a collaborative effort, MSRS, Talk About Sleep and the American Sleep Apnea Association have joined in an effort to reach out and help a greater number of Americans in need of CPAP equipment during these difficult economic times.

Midwest Sleep & Respiratory Supply (MSRS) is a family owned medical supply company located in the prairielands of Southwestern, Minnesota. Although a for profit entity, MSRS works with clinics, hospitals, and doctor's offices across the country to help provide, through donated materials, equipment for those individuals that cannot afford to purchase these devices at any price.

This donation program survives solely on the contributions of people like you, and various philanthropic medical supply companies throughout the United States that offer their surplus equipment for donation to those who could not otherwise afford it.

If you are interested in donating your CPAP & BIPAP equipment, and slightly used masks, please send the donation materials to the following address:

Midwest Sleep & Respiratory Supply
163 3rd. St.
Tracy, MN 56175

If you or someone you know is without the financial means to purchase much needed CPAP or BIPAP equipment, please contact support@respiratory-supply.com. All candidates will be required to have their physician complete a short authorization form for donation materials. Your request will not be considered unless this form is completed, by a licensed medical doctor.

Talk About Sleep, Inc. is a grass roots organization with a benevolent mission of providing sleep education, information and support freely to the public since 2000.

You can also contribute to this worthy cause by purchasing PAY IT FORWARD The Talk About Sleep Cookbook.  Net proceeds of this fundraiser will provide CPAP equipment and financial support to the MSRS donation program as well as helping patients in need receive free sleep studies and scholarships to participate in patient education programs.  Your help is greatly needed and sincerely appreciated.
