Talk About Sleep was created in 1999 and launched in the spring of 2000 to provide an online source of information, education and support for all people interested in learning more about healthy sleep, sleep disorders and the products used in treatment. Over the past 7 years, Talk About Sleep has evolved and changed to meet the needs of the active and devoted community it has developed.

With the fresh start of a new year we want to get our community more involved in helping us serve your needs and so beginning with the February newsletter, we will be featuring polls on a monthly basis. Your opinion matters to us. Please participate to help us better serve you!
