Fisher & Paykel Healthcare once again revolutionize the CPAP market with the introduction of the HC220 Series Humidified CPAP with Ambient Tracking™. Up to 80% of CPAP users complain of upper airway or nasal symptoms. At times symptoms may be so severe, users are unable to continue treatment. The HC220 series adds heated humidification to standard CPAP therapy, maintaining mucosal hydration and preventing discomfort.
The HC220 Series employs new heater technology known as Ambient Tracking™. While standard heaters operate at a set temperature allowing for excess condensation in the circuit during the night, the HC220 series with Ambient Tracking™ continuously monitors room temperature during the night to minimize condensation and maximize humidity.
The Model HC221 offers true compliance monitoring with dual reporting capability capability via Compliance Reporter™ software.
The HC220 Series is a fully integrated humidified CPAP system. Patients are offered a full range of humidification without a future add-on or upgrade. The HC220 series operates with a switch mode/universal power supply with DC inverter capability, enabling it to run anywhere in the world.
For more information on the HC220 Series Humidified CPAP System, please contact Fisher & Paykel Healthcare at 800-446-3908.
