    I have a question about Dr. Richard Wiseman’s 90 minute rule.
    I hope you’re doing well. If I do not know how many minutes does it take me to sleep, should I err on the side of more than 90 minutes or less than 90 minutes? For example, I want to wake up at 5 AM. The time it takes me to sleep is anywhere between 10 and 40 min. Hence, I want to fall asleep at 9:30 PM. Should I go to bed at 9:20 PM or 8:50 PM? I read in bed till I nod off then I turn off the side-lamp.
