Your doctor may want you to have an overnight sleep study, or Polysomnogram, to help determine whether or not you have a sleep disorder and how severe it might be.

If you are diagnosed with a sleep disorder, work with your doctor (and home health care company if you are an apnea patient using CPAP). Sleep problems and sleep disorders ARE treatable, and you’ll find that getting a good night’s sleep again can change your whole life!

  1. Why do you keep ending this stuff, I have answered it a least a couple of times. I have had my sleep study quite a few years ago, I just want to keep up on current info, not fill out the same#%* stuff everyday. If the only thing this is for is to keep asking me the same stuff all the time then cross me off the list, I have better things to wast my time on!!!
